With your breath, you are never alone

“Many of us drawn to yoga share the desire for freedom, but we soon realize that the real journey to freedom begins from within. Once you have started this journey, there is no turning back. This personal journey requires courage, as you may make changes in your life that others find difficult to accept. However, once you have discovered yoga, you will draw strength from the knowledge you have tapped into and the tools you are equipped with, especially your breath.

It will bring you back to yourself time and time again.

You will discover, as I have, that your breath can be one of your greatest friends or beloved companions throughout your life. Your breath is more intimate than anything else, as it knows how to reach the most hidden corners of your body.

With your breath, you are never alone.”

Small group experience

Many yoga, meditation and breathwork courses accept large groups, often limiting personal attention for each student. I believe in the power of smaller groups. Even though this course includes an online component, our in-person sessions ensure a personal, connected experience. You’ll have the opportunity to practice teaching with fellow students during these sessions. Working in small groups allows me to provide you with individualized guidance and feedback. As your mentor throughout the course, I’m here to support you on your unique journey.

BREATH by James Nestor

This book is an amazing eye-opener on one of the most basic biological functions of the human body; breathing. In my course, I share a lot of the knowledge discussed in this great book.

YOU WILL NEVER BREATHE THE SAME AGAIN.

“Breath turns the conventional wisdom of what we thought we knew about our most basic biological function on its head.” James Nestor

The book is also available in Dutch and many other languages.

BREATHE (online via Zoom) - Jorijn Vriesendorp - Feb 2023

“I recently participated in a great in-depth online 30h breathwork course with Jane. A wonderful teacher full with valuable knowledge and wisdom she shared with us. Normally, I would prefer courses in person. However, for now it was perfect to still participate in the course at my own pace and still feeling connected to the group and Jane. I would recommend this if you are looking for an easy approachable course to get more in depth with your own practice or if you are interested in teaching breathwork to others.”
