“Jane is an absolute winner in her field. I followed the 50-hour Yang Flow teacher training with her in Muiderberg and I am deeply impressed by her knowledge and skills, which she transfers to her group in a pleasant way. She is an enthusiastic and energetic teacher who gave us plenty of opportunity to practice and deepen our training skills. She is also a really nice person! Her knowledge of anatomy is impressive and inspiring.

Why choose this 50h Yang Yoga TTC:
There are a lot of Yoga Teacher Training courses on the market. You should choose one that feels good.
I have done several teacher courses in the past and have learned what I find important in a course.
I am a down-to-earth yogi offering you a professional comprehensive course that I have created with a lot of passion. I have learned so much, from my own practice (more than 20+ years) and from my training courses, that I would like to share with you. As for all of us, our first teacher training was a big positive turning point in our lives, a life-changing journey. And any next TTC will be again a journey on its own.
You will find a lot of teacher training centres that have courses in huge groups.
This specific course is very exclusive and I work with a small group (14 students max.). This creates a nice and intimate setting, where people can feel safe and can share their experiences openly.
Working with small groups gives me the opportunity to give you enough attention and personal feedback.

REVIEWS
Jennifer talks about my Yin Yoga TTC and FLOW Yang TTC. She did them both with me on Curaçao.
WHAT EX-STUDENTS SAY ABOUT ABOUT MY OTHER TTCs
“I met Jane during my yoga teacher training in Spain. From the first minute I met her, she was one of the most inspiring teachers I ever met! I clicked with her from the first lesson I got.
She is the teacher I want to be within a few years. Down-to-earth, an inspiring energy and always ready for a joke! She didn’t only teach me the most important basics of teaching yoga but also the importance of the individual anatomy of each body. So she didn’t only make me a teacher but also a first-class ‘anatomy-nerd’.
Even after teacher training, she is always there to answer my thousand-and-one questions which I stumble upon teaching yoga...
Jane is also the perfect example of someone who practices what she’s preaching. She inspires me to be the best yoga teacher I can be by believing in my authentic self.
So, if you are thinking about following a teacher training course, don’t hesitate and book with her! You won’t regret it! ❤️!”
~ Jessica de Moor, Belgium, June 2019
“Dear fellow Yogis,
I just did the 200h Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa TTC with Jane and Ilse in Spain and I highly recommend it!
Every single thing in this course was beautifully planned out and absolutely amazing!
We learned a lot about yoga in classes but also had a lot of practical experiences and chances to learn more about ourselves. And probably the most beautiful thing: The people there! So many like-minded gentle people you can have the most amazing conversations with and learn a lot from.
To sum it up: Jane and Ilse are incredibly talented and professional Yoga teachers who are able to bring out the best in everyone and they make sure you will be fully equipped with all necessary yoga skills when you leave the course (of course, it is still a lifetime of learning haha).”
