Arrival and Departure Information:

  • Arrival: Check-in is around 14:00h on the first day.

  • Departure: Check-out is around 12:00h on the last day.

Transportation:

  • We offer a group transfer from Alicante airport, departing around 12:00h on the arrival day and from Jávea at 12:00h on the departure day. Timings are coordinated with the majority of the group's flight schedules. The price per person depends on the group size.

  • Private transfers are available upon request, though at a higher cost.

  • Alternatively, you're welcome to rent a car for more flexibility and to explore the Jávea area.

This yoga holiday location offers a range of room options, with prices varying based on single or shared occupancy. Prices range from 1300 EUR to 1500 EUR per person for 6 nights/7 days,

Important note: a minimum of 8 guests is required.

Accommodation & room types:

During your stay, you'll be comfortably accommodated in charming Spanish houses that are split up into various apartments nestled within the grounds of the beautiful main house. Each apartment is thoughtfully designed with its own kitchen and living area, creating a cosy, home-like atmosphere. All apartments feature multiple bathrooms for convenience and privacy. Additionally, some apartments have their own terrace, providing a perfect spot for quiet relaxation or enjoying the serene surroundings.

We offer a variety of room options to suit your preferences, including both single and shared bedrooms.

I was lucky to have spent a few months with Jane as my yoga teacher on Bonaire AND to have attended the Yin Yang Yoga Retreat in the mountains near Málaga.

The whole retreat was organized so well. We enjoyed great cooking by the chef and stayed in a beautiful, traditional, Spanish ‘cortijo’. Jane welcomed us all with open arms and an open heart. She made us feel comfortable during the yoga classes and beyond. Her teaching is professional, I love how she could easily adapt to the group and the location. The group was in harmony and Jane knew exactly what type of yoga classes we needed each day. This lovely yoga holiday takes place in the beautiful coastal town of Jávea, on Spain's Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. Known for its beautiful beaches, crystal-clear waters and the impressive Montgó mountain, Jávea offers a wonderful combination of nature, relaxation and Mediterranean charm. With its pleasant climate throughout much of the year, it's an ideal destination for anyone looking to unwind while enjoying everything the area has to offer.

Jávea's landscape is dominated by Montgó Mountain, a natural park with stunning views and a variety of hiking trails. Whether you're an experienced hiker or simply enjoy being outdoors, it's a wonderful place to explore.

The coastline is dotted with beautiful beaches and small coves, perfect for swimming, relaxing or listening to the sound of the sea. Arenal Beach, with its sandy shoreline and lively promenade, is a favourite spot for both locals and visitors.

The historic centre of Jávea is well worth exploring too. Its narrow streets, whitewashed houses and local cafés, restaurants and small shops give the town a relaxed and authentic atmosphere.

The accommodation

Set just outside the town of Jávea, our accommodation consists of a beautiful Spanish house, surrounded by two smaller guest houses divided into several comfortable apartments. Each apartment offers a combination of single and shared bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, its own kitchen and a comfortable living area, creating a peaceful place to relax between yoga sessions. Some apartments also have a private terrace.

The main house is where our chef prepares delicious, nourishing meals, which we enjoy together either indoors or on the terrace.

The spacious garden, filled with palm trees and Mediterranean greenery, surrounds a large swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds, offering the perfect place to read, relax or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

For our yoga practice, we have a versatile semi-indoor yoga space that provides shade on warm days and shelter when needed. We can also practise outdoors on the lawn beside the pool whenever the weather allows.

Daily yoga practices:

Each day offers a balance between more active and more restful practices.

In the mornings, we usually begin with a dynamic practice such as Vinyasa Flow or Slow Flow, helping you wake up the body and start the day with energy.

Afternoons are dedicated to slowing down. Depending on the day, we practise Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga or Yoga Nidra, giving your body and nervous system time to relax and unwind.

Meditation and breathwork are woven throughout the week, creating space to pause, breathe and fully enjoy your time away.

WHO JOINS MY YOGA HOLIDAYS?

One of the questions I'm asked most often is who joins my retreats.

The answer is: all kinds of people.

Some guests travel alone, while others come with a partner, friend or family member. Ages and backgrounds vary, but everyone shares a love of yoga, nature and taking some time away from the demands of everyday life.

One of the things I love most is seeing how naturally the group comes together. New friendships are often formed, but there's never any expectation to join every activity. If you'd rather spend an afternoon reading by the pool or enjoying some quiet time on your own, that's absolutely fine too.

For private retreats, I deliberately keep my groups small, with a maximum of 12 to 14 guests, depending on the accommodation. This allows me to offer plenty of personal attention while ensuring everyone has the space to enjoy the retreat in their own way.

Your investment

This retreat is available with a variety of room options, including both single and shared accommodation.
Prices vary depending on your room choice and range from €1,300 to €1,500 per person for 6 nights / 7 days.

Included in the price:

  • 7 days of inspiration and enriched experiences

  • 6 nights accommodation in a beautiful room

  • 3 delicious vegetarian meals daily

  • Unlimited access to water, tea and fruit

  • A variety of Yin and Yang yoga and meditation sessions in the mornings and afternoons

 Optional extras for your retreat:

  • Treat yourself to a wonderful massage with one of our special massage therapists

  • Enjoy a cooking workshop with one of our chefs (availability may vary per retreat)

  • Take a trip to Javea's old town

Not included in the price:

  • Flights: Travelers are responsible for their flights to and from Alicante (or Valencia).

  • Transfers: We offer a group transfer from Alicante airport to Jávea and back.
    The departure from Alicante airport is around 12:00h, coordinated with the majority of flight arrivals. The price per person depends on the group size.
    If you require a private transfer, we can arrange it, but please note that the costs will be higher. Alternatively, you're welcome to rent a car. Especially if you would like to explore the Jávea area this is a good idea.
    The return group transfer from Javea to Alicante airport departs around 12:00h on the last day, aligned with the majority of flight departure times.

  • Insurance: Attendees should arrange their own travel and/or cancellation insurance.

  • Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses, such as food and drinks during your free time or at the beach, are not covered. We will have one afternoon/evening off, where you have the freedom to explore and choose your activities.

Tip:

  • You can book a flight at a good price with Transavia, Vueling, EasyJet or Ryanair. It can often be cheaper to book two single tickets (with two different airlines).

Booking Policy

If you're interested in organising a private yoga retreat, please get in touch using the contact form. I'd love to hear more about your group, your preferred dates and your wishes for the retreat.

Once we've discussed the details and agreed on the programme, accommodation and pricing, I'll send you a booking form. After receiving your completed booking form, I'll confirm your retreat and send you an invoice for the non-refundable deposit. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

This private retreat in Jávea is based on a minimum of 8 guests.

If your group is smaller, I'd be happy to discuss the possibilities with you. Depending on your preferred dates and group size, we can either look at a different location or organise the retreat at an adjusted price per person.

Yoga for all levels:

Whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for many years, you're very welcome. The yoga sessions are suitable for different experience levels, and I always offer options and modifications where needed, allowing you to practise in a way that feels comfortable for your body.

Most days include a morning and an afternoon practice.

  • Morning Yoga sessions: Our mornings usually begin with a more dynamic practice, such as Vinyasa Flow or Slow Flow. These sessions help you gently wake up the body and improve strength and mobility.

  • Afternoon Yoga sessions: In the afternoons, we slow things down with Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga or Yoga Nidra. These quieter practices invite the body to relax, helping you release tension and giving your nervous system time to unwind. The Yin Yoga practice is beneficial for strengthening connective tissues, joints, and bones, as well as working on the body’s energy channels.

Hike:

During the retreat, we also enjoy a beautiful walk along the coastline or on Montgó mountain. The route depends on the weather and the group. Some walks include uphill sections, so a reasonable level of mobility is recommended.

As with all activities during the retreat, participation is always optional. If you'd rather spend some time relaxing by the pool with a good book, that's absolutely fine too.

NOURISHING FOOD

Good food is an important part of every retreat.

Throughout the week you'll enjoy freshly prepared vegetarian meals, with plenty of vegan, gluten-free and naturally refined sugar-free options. Our menus are based on seasonal ingredients, many of which are sourced from local farmers whenever possible.

Meals are prepared with care by our chef and enjoyed together, either in the main house or outside on the terrace. From colourful breakfasts to nourishing lunches and delicious dinners, every meal is designed to leave you feeling satisfied, well nourished and ready for the next part of the day.

I believe that good food goes hand in hand with yoga, rest and relaxation. It's all part of creating a week where you can slow down, take good care of yourself and simply enjoy the experience.
